For monthly fee of $79 USD, we manage your home so you don’t have to. All costs associated with the home are passed at cost to the owners. We will work hard to create an amazing experience but owners can replace us any time for any reason if they wish.
Build Equity
We are working hard to help many become homeowners. You are the owner and we only manage the home for you. If you ever want to sell your stake we will help you find a buyer, but you can sell it to anyone at any time. You are the owner.
Concierge Experience
Owners will be able to book up to 45 days per year per stake owned. Before you arrive our concierge will reach out to help you coordinate transportation and anything you would want to have at home when you arrive. This is an optional service.
